If you already own an AMPLock and need a new lock to match your existing key, select the "Keyed alike - Use existing key number" option and provide the key information found on your control card or key tag.

Order Keys >

1. Verify your key: Ensure your key has "REAL" engraved on it.
2. Check how far the key turns:
   • The key should turn ¾ of a turn to unlock.
   • If it only turns ¼ of a turn, check if the key is damaged or incorrect.
   • If the key turns between ¼ and ¾ of a turn, lubricate the lock with a non-silicone-based lubricant and use compressed air to remove debris.
   • If the key turns more than ¾ of a turn or rotates fully, contact AMP LOCK or a locksmith, as the internal mechanism may be damaged.
