Returns & Refunds Policy

At TruckTidy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your TMAT purchase. If your TMAT system or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you may request a return within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Returns

  • Up to 90 days from delivery to initiate a return.

  • Items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow up to 10–15 business days from receipt of return for the refund to appear.

TMAT Warranty Policy.  Limited Lifetime Warranty

TruckTidy stands behind the quality and durability of every TMAT product. TMAT cargo organization systems are covered by a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser.

What's Covered: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. TruckTidy will, at its discretion, repair or replace the TMAT product or issue a refund up to the original purchase price.

What's Not Covered: Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Shipping costs for warranty returns.

Making a Warranty Claim: Contact TruckTidy Customer Support with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
